Deamon originally formed in the summer of 1997. After a few name and line up changes, the band settled on it's first solid lineup featuring Cory Malone on guitars and lead vocals, Matt Ralph on guitars, Jose Gogniat on bass and backing vocals and James Mace on drums. In 1999 the band recorded the 4-song MCD "End of Ages" which they released independently and was very well received through out the underground. Deamon continued playing live, opening for such bands as Cannibal Corpse, Incantation, Exciter, and Martyr. In 2000 the band recorded the song Hells Bells for an AC/DC tribute album on Dwell records, which they followed with a appearance at the Milwaukee Metalfest in 2001. In early 2002, Shawn Carrier replaced James Mace on drums and guitarist Matt Ralph left the band due to family commitments. Deamon enlisted the help of Bryan Briggs on guitar for live shows and for additional lead guitar on their first full length CD "Synopsis Of Sin" which they recorded the fall of 2002. Following the recording Jose Gogniat left the band due to musical differences and was soon replaced by Topon Das, at the same time Deamon had found a permanent guitarist in Ron McLean. "Synopsis Of Sin"was finally released independently (with the help of Topon's Ghetto Blaster label) in the spring of 2003. Now with the new line-up Deamon began writing in a new even more brutal direction.Nine new tracks were created with the whole band collaborating on the new material.Deamon began its live assault with the new lineup and new music.Show after show Deamon honed there skills getting more intense with each performance.In 2004-2005 Deamon headlined many shows across Ontario and Quebec,including sharing the stage with the likes of ,Cryptopsy, Deeds of Flesh,Severed Savior,Immolation and Skinless. In the spring of 2005 Deamon recorded their new disc showcasing the new lineup and the most brutal songwriting so far from the band.Descend Dethrone(2006) is now available through the band itself or CDNrecords

. Неплохие скоростя и отличные цепляющие риффы. Вокал - стандартный гроул + иногда прорывается мерзкий скриминг. Понравился хорошо прописанный бас, который хорошо слышен. Ну и в целом слушается неплохо. Мне прокатило.
